A native of College Point and a product of Francis Lewis High School, Anthony brings versatility and energy to every match. His past experiences in the final third give him an edge as a modern fullback — capable of overlapping, whipping in dangerous crosses, and tracking back with speed and intensity. That dual skill set makes him one of Whitestone’s most dynamic options out wide.

Anthony’s club history includes time with Interstars FC, Kosmos FC, and SUSA Academy, where he sharpened both his attacking instincts and defensive discipline. Whether he’s creating chances on the wing or locking down his side of the pitch, Anthony plays with a fearless mindset and a team-first attitude.

He also shares the field with his twin brother, Mike Portilla, forming a rare and tightly-knit fullback duo that brings balance, communication, and chemistry to Whitestone’s back line.
